Finda.team agreement (hereinafter: Terms) is made and entered into as of the date indicated on the Finda team page and between Finda team and the signature party on the statement of work or service hours agreement (hereinafter: Client) referred to jointly as parties and individually as party. Agreements may be concluded either in the form of the statement of work (hereinafter: SOW or packaged hours) or service hours agreement (hereinafter: SHA or billable per hours worked). These terms together with accompanying SOW or SHA represent the entire agreement between the parties (hereinafter: Agreement). Each party warrants and represents that it is duly authorized to enter into this Agreement. Signing of the SOW or SHA indicates client’s agreement with the terms of service contained herein.
Client hereby authorize Finda.team to perform the services as set forth in the SOW or SHA which represents the integral part of this agreement (hereinafter: Services). The services have been specially ordered and commissioned by the Client.
Finda.team will perform the services in a diligent and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the schedule, if any, set forth in the SOW or SHA. The proposed time frame and work delivery schedule set forth in SOW or SHA shall be dependent upon client’s approval, support and availability. Finda.team shall not be bound by said proposed time frame and work delivery schedule in the absence of such approval, support and availability from client.
Client agrees that services need not be rendered at any specific location and may be rendered at any location selected by Finda.team
We do not offer any refund in case you want to cancel your use of the services or packages.
By signing up to our service, you are agreeing to pay for the services that are provided for you. Rates per team member are clearly laid out on the finda TEAM page. Invoices will be automatically generated Monday morning in Sydney. Payments will be processed on the card you used to submit your membership payment on Thursday afternoon in Sydney. All payments are charged in AUD and will also include a 2% surcharge for card payments. If you wish to avoid this card payment, you can use the bank details provided in the notes of the invoice to make a payment using your bank account. When making a currency conversion, check xe.com for the latest rate.
In the event of a late payment without any notice or contracted arrangement, Finda.team reserves the right to charge an interest on the due amount at a rate of 1% per week or maximum allowed interest rate under the law, whichever is lesser.
Our team is made up of a mix of internally contracted team members and community members who also offer their services on the platform. It is your responsibility to manage the team members you have selected, however, we also have project managers available who can liaise with different members and support the management of your staffing needs. If you have an issue with a team member you have selected, contact your MXO (Member Experience Officer) from your Dashboard to discuss how we can support you in getting the most from your team member.
Our team members are here to help. With that said, you are still 100% accountable for the performance of your business and the work that our team completes for you. You agree to treat the team from finda.team as if they were your own. Our team will put in the hours. You need to guide them.
The internet can be a dangerous place. While we have put in place an SSL certificate on this site and require members to log in to access most functions, these are not completely impenetrable. A very motivated hacker could get into any system in the world so we urge you to take caution. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing that you understand this and will not hold this site or its owners responsible for any data breaches that might expose confidential or sensitive information. If you’re concerned, just don’t put it on the platform.
You worked hard for your IP and we respect that. Any IP that you give access to our team will remain within your ownership. If required, we can sign an NDA for your peace of mind.
While we do our best to provide the best service possible, there may be occasions when there is a dispute over whether or not a team member worked the hours you have been invoiced for. If this was to happen, the team will provide you with screenshots matching the times you were invoiced. If there is an issue, we want to hear about it ASAP for a speedy resolution.
Our standard commission rate is 5-20% of the service bought, paid monthly for a maximum term of 12 months, depending on the service type. If the client stops using the service, payments will stop immediately. These commissions apply only for finda TEAM products. Private arrangements can be negotiated for other services such as finda COURSE since the products are owned and managed by clients, not by the site internally.
